The service consists of listening to, selecting, and editorially promoting tracks submitted by artists or labels.
No guarantee of playlist placement or obtaining streams is provided.
Track selection is entirely editorial and independent, based on the internal criteria of the curators.
Payment
Payment corresponds to a service and not to the purchase of playlist placement or streams.
All services are invoiced legally and can be issued with a receipt or invoice upon request.
The 15 available payment methods are those provided by Stripe at the time of the order.
Feedback and returns
Depending on the chosen package, written feedback may be provided, but it is not guaranteed.
Track selection and any feedback remain at the discretion of the curator.
No claim or refund can be demanded based on refusal or absence of feedback.
Compliance with streaming platform
The services strictly comply with the rules and policy of the streaming platform Spotify.
No service offered constitutes payola, playlist manipulation, or stream purchasing.
Any attempt to bypass platform rules is prohibited and may result in service termination.
Intellectual property
Artists and labels retain full rights to their works.
No submitted content will be used for purposes other than listening, selection, and promotion within the scope of the services offered.
The Site claims no ownership rights over submitted works.
Limitation de liability
The Site cannot be held responsible for results obtained following the service, including visibility, number of streams, or playlist placements.
Under no circumstances shall the Site’s liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the service concerned.
Payment security
Payments on the Site are processed via Stripe, a secure payment platform.
Your banking information and payment card data are never stored on our website. They are transmitted directly to Stripe via a secure channel (security protocol compliant with PCI-DSS standards (SSL encryption)).
Order validation
The order is considered validated only after payment confirmation by Stripe.
In the event of payment refusal or cancellation by Stripe, the service will not be executed, and no obligation to provide the service can be enforced.
Invoicing
Stripe provides an automatic payment receipt to the client.
An official invoice is also sent to the email address provided at the time of payment.
Liability
The Site is not responsible for technical issues related to the Stripe payment system, such as bank refusals or transaction errors beyond its control.
